RBI baseball now offers a year round Prospect Development and Management program for baseball athletes in high school, college and professional baseball. This program has proven to catapult the player’s baseball career and turn the childhood dreams into reality. Our unique approach to our program is managed by selecting the prospect who may qualify both athletically and academically. Once the player qualifies, then the RBI Prospect Development and Management process begins. The player will receive an evaluation of his skills. Based on the evaluation, the management team will have a program on a case by case. In addition, the RBI staff will conduct a personal interview before the player is selected to join the program. The management team will set up a game plan for the player’s baseball future. The plan will cover 1 on 1 private training from Paul Robles (Owner of RBI and Director of Player Development) and guidance on the college recruiting process from John Bava (RBI Executive Regional Recruiter). In addition, your recruiting video will be shot and edited by our video department. Our videos are done professionally and to the standards college coaches require for a thorough evaluation of the players skill set.
